Finally add the cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture.
Blend until you don’t hear the ice crushing.
If the mixture is too thick add at least a quarter cup of water to the mixture then blend for a few seconds.
This serves four persons.
You could adjust the mixture to your liking.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
This recipe is from Trinidad and I made this today.
This is best served iced cold.
When are you making another batch and inviting us over?
hmm. I will invite you guys over next month. lol
I'ma ready.
Laughing.
I have another recipe to post but when I get the correct measurements I will and I will post a link to that recipe from youtube because I got it from Caribbean pot.com and I use some of the methods and illiminated some stuff. so look out for a Caribbean recipe for a cheese spread what we call here cheese paste.
I'm lazy. Just make it for me.
lol. I will some day. But peanut punch is really nice. some people make it real sweet but you don't have to. Since it was the first time I made it and posted the recipe it came out a little thin. so if anyone copied the recipe and trying it just add more peanut butter if they think its to thin.
I'm going to give it a try.
Ok. If you have questions about it feel free to ask because I my self am still learning.
Okey dokey.
I'm a cook, or mess depending on who you ask, so...
Laughing.
I'll be fine.
An addition to my peanut punch recipe. I added a banana and blended it with the above ingredients and it was even better than the last time. This time I made for 4 persons. So I added 2 small boxes of milk, 1 pack of condensed milk, 4 heaping table spoons of peanut butter, a pinch of nutmeg, 4 drops of bitters 1 banana and 10 ice cubes. I blended it and it was thick. If you want you could add a handful of granola and serve on ice.
This is super interesting, thanks for sharing!
It rich. Add some protein, and you got a banging muscle builder too.
I really want to try this.
Yes you should try its good for a hot day and is very fattening. I have a few Caribbean recipes but I have to make them first then write them out so I could try to be as accurate as possible. and remember for this recipe you could omit anything you don't want in it. I don't think I will make anymore till a few months again. And one more thing. if you don't have liquid milk you could use powdered milk just add the water.
